This is a rebrand of Upside, but it seems like Varo is offering higher rates than Upside. For example Upside will show rates of 0.01-0.11/gal and Varo is showing rates of 0.25-0.34/gal so it seems like this is an extra $0.24 per gallon on top of whatever Upside normally offers.
