In March Verizon changed the Verizon Up program to discontinue the monthly $3 – $10 discounts. But some customers are seeing a free $5 Verizon gift card. Should show up under ‘special offers’ and can claim one per line.
I missed this one, but there’s a free $5 Barnes & Noble gift card available now.
$5 off on 6 lines. $30 total. Thanks Doc! Note to others: You have to create a Verizon account for each line and use the MyVerizon App on each phone to claim it. Takes some time.

What do you actually use these for? I have two now, but have my bill on autopay so not sure what else I can do w/ them. Don’t buy anything from Verizon and their prices are not competitive.
I have autopay too. Successfully used this $5 gift card to make a one time payment to the account.

How do you claim for your Internet line?

Its once per phone number. I just claimed mine and wife’s.
Is there still $10 off for using Verizon cc to pay bill or should I use another card?
Verizon Visa card is the only credit card that qualifies for the auto pay discount.
So nice of Verizon to notify its loyal customers that this secret one-day credit is available for redemption, after having gutted the previous Verizon Up program. Oh wait, they didn’t! Perhaps they were unaware that our cell phones could be used as a communications device…..
