The Fine Print

Our Verdict

Shopyourway has been coming out with nice offers on a weekly basis now. If you value SYW points, this offer should be fairly easy to meet by making a $25 online purchase through the SYW portal.

The terms indicate that making a purchase through the Shopyourway card-link program will work even without going through their online portal.

They also mention that you can get $10 back on a $25 Raise gift card purchase, but in fact this probably won’t work for those who already spent $1,000 on lifetime Raise purchases.

The best way to use this deal and the previous two promotions is that you really have something to buy from sears. For example, on the previous 25% points deal, spend $250 on sears gift card via raise.com, giving $50 worth free points on shop your way account. Average sears gift card discount is 8% according to giftcardwiki, so a purchase of $250 sears gift card will have a face value of $271.74. Therefore, for a sears item that costs $321.74, using the previous deal 25% will save $21.74+$50=$71.74, a total saving of 22.3%. Now, this deal, $10, by using the same above method towards a sears item of $37.17, save $2.17+10=$12.17, saving 32.74%

I never got my $15 points for spending $30 last time. Come to think of it, yesterday was the full 45 days mark.

Hopefully they end up paying out. I noticed the terms mention that they can cancel the offer at any time due to abuse or “unintended virality”. I wonder how many people are taking advantage of all three offers. $110 worth of points per person is going to be costly.
