The Offer
- Load a digital coupon to get double fuel points on weekends the entire summer long through August 6th. Weekends are defined as Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Fuel points on gift cards will not be doubled; you’ll get the regular 2x as usual, but it won’t be doubled to 4x. Fuel points on ordinary purchases will be doubled and earn 2x per dollar instead of 1x per dollar.

Our Verdict
Certainly an incentive to shop on weekends instead of during the week.
As an aside, there are also a few gift card deals currently at Kroger for Sephora, Hotels.com, Gap, Petco, Bath & Body, and Michael’s. Again, you won’t earn extra on gift cards (just the standard 2x), only groceries earn extra.

What you need to do is get your *groceries* on weekends. Then you can use the points on gas any time you like until they expire at the end of the next month.
