2500 Swagbucks are worth $25 at the minimum via Paypal cash-out, making this a $5 moneymaker.

The  Fine Print

  • SB will appear as Pending for 7 days upon offer completion
  • Only valid donations of $20 or more will be credited
  • SB may be revoked for cancelled donations
  • One per user

Our Verdict

It’s just a $5 moneymaker, but since it doesn’t require any cancellations after-the-fact it might be worth your while. You’ll also rack up 20 credit card points along the way – hey, it’s something.  🙂 You’ll also get a $20 tax deduction (refer to your accountant for confirmation).

Note: the Swagbucks page clearly advertises a 2500 bonus, yet when you click-through to the charity there’s mention of a 1500 bonus. In practice, it’s working for me and everyone else to instantly come through with the 2500 bonus, as advertised on the Swagbucks site, and you’ll get an email from Swagbucks confirming the 2500 points as well.

Hat tip to Slickdeals

If you are signing up for a new Swagbucks account, I’d appreciate if you use my Swagbucks referral link. You should also get a $3 bonus at the end of the month for using it.

I basically gave up on these because more than half the time, the bonus never posted. They make you wait a month to remember to report it, and then they investigate and sometimes you get the bonus, sometimes you don’t. Those contributions to the wildlife charities several week ago was even worse. Not only wasn’t there any credit, but the items you were supposed to get for your contribution have yet to show up either.

Way too much work for too little in return.

That was the case for me yesterday as well, but when I paid $20 I received the 2500 sb pending email.

Mine didn’t go pending. Yet another deal I have to email their support to try to get credit. I got shafted on the Gamefly trial. I’m starting to not like swagbucks very much.

I had problems as well not getting it tracked.

CS credited me with an attached receipt in ~10 minutes or less for updating, so worth it now IMO

Thanks for this one Chuck.

I submitted a ticket for credit last night but have yet to get a response other than the automated one.

The gamefly trial was a cluster with swagbucks telling me I needed to contact trialpay, who told me they had no record and advised me to contact gamefly. Gamefly support was the friendliest and most helpful who at least provided trialpay with the required details of my signup. Unfortunately, trialpay still insisted they had no record of the signup, so I just gave up after several weeks. Gamefly did give me another free month as an apology of sorts.

And yes, thank you Chuck for all these deals. While some of them don’t track and can be a pain, many more of them work flawlessly and are greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work!

<5 minutes for me. I always use incognito mode from my desktop browser (Chrome/MacOS) when using portals with NO ad blocker or other extensions enabled.
