Our Verdict
Well, folks, this is it. This is the final bonus Bucks offer before the October 1 change which won’t allow us to earn any Bucks on third party gift cards. It’s also time now to use up any eBay gift cards before they stop allowing that on October 13.
Remember to also use a shopping portal when making eBay purchases (although eBay has been cracking down somewhat on the portal too).
wife got this 10% offer, and she got around to trying it the last hour…. BUT
it seems that minimum $50 purchase was HIGHER than any of the available discounted gift cards…. (Each time she’d put kmart, or legal seafood, or any of hte other discounted deals (all under $50) she was only get an indication of 2% ebay bux. (and she was logged in, and had activated the 10% offer)
so quite literally, a no deal deal. good riddance

Yes the newly purchased ebay gift cards are still working. I bought at krogers.

I called them, lady say i will receive them after sept 30.
I can’t believe eBay is doing this. I have a lot of gift cards, and almost all were purchased because of eBucks. Oh well. I won’t be buying many gift cards in the future unless the discount is bigger it is now.
So picture this… When I try to buy gift card with paypal I’m getting following error:
“Sorry, this payment option isn’t available. Here are your options:
Contact PayPal customer service to resolve this issue.”
Paypal works on any other purchase via ebay…
That’s a common error. I get it a lot. Try logging out and trying later.
If never targeted call ebay and complain the you are put on it forever. Im targeted on 2 accounts 100% of the time.
I tried calling many times and it never got me anywhere. I finally made a new account (just recently) and have been targeted most of the time…not that it matters now. I should have done that two years ago.
Are newly bought ebay gift cards working on these purchases yet? Please let me know.
