[Expired] 10% Off in Stubhub App with Apple Pay (Promo Code: APPLEPAY2020)

The Offer

  • Use Apple Pay in the StubHub app to get 10% off your purchase. Enter code APPLEPAY2020 during checkout, through January 29.

The Fine Print

  • To redeem, enter code APPLEPAY2020 at checkout.
  • Maximum discount is $100.
  • Must check out using Apple Pay in the StubHub app by January 29, 2020.
  • Offer valid on a single order, excluding gift cards.
  • Offer redeemable once in the U.S. only. Cannot be combined with other offers. StubHub may modify or discontinue offer without notice.

Our Verdict

Nice discount. You probably lose out on the portal by using the Stubhub app, though, so it may not be a full 10% gain.

RetailMeNot (which historically has had very good StubHub offers) has stacked with coupons for StubHub and even advised using them in conjunction with their offers. An Apple Pay promo stacked with RMN at the end of last year.

It might be worth checking to see if you have an email from Stubhub/eBay, as I received one January 21st for $30 off when creating an account. I’ve had a Stubhub account for many years, but my eBay account is registered to a different email address and the terms mention creating an account with the email address that received the offer. The offer mentions creating an account by January 30th and you’ll receive $30 on February 1st to be redeemed within 30 days. So it might be worth having a different email address attached to your eBay account so that you get targeted for similar Stubhub promotions. For instance, last month I kept getting emails for $50 off $250 at Stubhub. The emails were coming through as “StubHub + eBay” from the email address: “update@mystubhub. com”

Can you not use this in conjunction with a gift card? The Apple app is not letting me apply both to a purchase, which sucks.
