Via FrequentMiler, GiftCardMall on eBay put back up their $100 Sears gift card for $80. They’ve done this in the past but each time the details are a little different. No telling how long this will last. In the past these have sold out very quickly.
This time you can only order max of 2 gift cards.
FM points out that eBates is offering 5% now for gift cards on eBay, which is awesome! You can also use TopCashBack or ShopAtHome and file a ‘Highest Cashback Guarantee’. [UPDATE: You can’t use ShopAtHome in this instance because it’s a variable cashback amount on ebates. TopCashBack should work.]
You can resell the gift cards for at least $84.
You’ll also get 2% back in eBay Bucks, if you’re enrolled. And of course, you’ll get credit card points. All told, you can make over $20 on the deal.
They also have $200 Sears gift cards on sale for $175. It’s not so profitable for reselling, but could be useful if you want stuff at Sears. Max 1 of the $200 denominations per ebay account.
