Our Verdict
This has been available as a public offer in the past. The nice thing about this offer is that there is not any sort of restriction on when/where the free night certificates can be used and you can also top up the certificates with points if they cost more than 50,000 points per night (up to 15,000 points per night). This is a fantastic offer and the best variation we see (normally when it’s flat points it’s only 100,000 points). As this is a public offer we will add it to the best credit card bonuses.

Is the five nights offer dead, even through referrals?
My 2 referral links show 3 nights, not 5, for the Boundless
deleted
Had card for 5 years. Cancelled 6/6. Applied under this promo on 7/10. Approved again.
Does Chase warn you before applying if you’re ineligible for the SUB?
Referrals end July 23, according to a prior email.
had this offer last year, 5 free nights expire in one year, used 3 in banff, remaining 2 were expired because not much marriott are around my trips.
Does anyone else think the marriott points devalued a lot? used to book at 0.8 rate, hard to find less than 30k hotels, and the rate is 0.5 to 0.6.
Yes they have devalued these points like twice in the last year or so.
I downgraded my Boundless to Bold June 6 specifically so I could get this offer. Waited 30+ days. Applied. Rejected because I have the Bold!? I’ve scoured the T&C and it definitely does not prohibit having the Bold. Fine, so I cancelled the Bold. Can I reapply now? That’s what it says in the published T&C, but comments say I have to wait 30 days.
Can also confirm it’s still showing on mine.
Can confirm it’s showing on mine.
Glad I signed up for the card a few days ago. That Reddit comment about the expiration had seemed a little sketchy to me.
Would much prefer an offer with POINTS instead of NIGHTS. I stay at a lot of low end Marriott properties and points would go way further for me.
The card issuers and hotel program managers know that points are a better value for the customer, that’s why they offer free night certificates that expire in a year instead.
