I just tried again on a laptop using the Firefox browser and it worked this time. I was able to apply and get approved. If you keep trying, the additional services bug goes away.

I’m in Topeka, KS – about 70 miles from nearest branch – and was approved immediately yesterday via online application. Chex is lol/24

Didn’t have any website issues like those below.

The signup process on their website is glitched and doesn’t let you past the step where it asks you to select additional services (the later step where you sign up online banking). It gives an error message but there’s no button to click anywhere on the page. I tried two different browsers and gave up because there’s nothing to click. I may call them later to let them know it’s glitched.

online application appears broken, won’t proceed past additional services, asks me to select one but there is nothing to select. May try tomorrow or in branch.
