Can this be booked over phone to add stopovers in Fiji, not sure on how to maximize stopovers or get an open ended ticket.It does not seem doable online.

It is doable online. Just do a multi city search with Fiji as the stopover on first leg. Make sure there is availability on each leg first to make the multi city easier searching.

The promo is only for fiji air and only in cattle class. Not a single biz flight
I have been looking across alaska, aa, ba etc and cant find any tickets other than coach. Not a single one. Whats the point having hundreds of thousands of miles if you cant use them? Im not flying 20 hours in cattle class

You may be right — I think I flew coach the last time I paid with cash. But my memory could be off because it was 11 years ago.
Since you have “millions” of miles, you can pay whatever miles business class requires at any time you like.. Don’t jump into the promotions, and compete with those who have just enough miles …?
There is not biz class at any price! Thats my complaint. I cant use my miles!
