Update: False alarm.
Amazon no-rush digital credits can be used for Amazon Fresh and Prime Now purchases. If you are in their service area, that means essentially getting free groceries with the digital credits. You can see the information here. (affiliate links here and below)

This isn’t new, but I wasn’t aware of it. It’s especially useful given that Amazon stopped charging a delivery fee on Amazon Fresh orders for Prime members. Incidentally, many of us have some digital credits expiring soon in November.
