It appears that it’s only on ~94 specific products from those categories, might be worth updating the OP.

i really dont understand why people can never get the discount to work. its not even targeted and there is no code. even the ad is clearly seen on the amazon website. same complaints for the 20% Off Amazon Warehouse Deals. its human error. double check ur crap.

let me give you an example. buy $60 of these:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003983I1S/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&th=1

if u still dont see the discount, ur doing it wrong.

They pulled the product I was trying to add from the promo. Was listed when the promo started, promo wouldn’t apply, now its now longer in the promo listing. That must be why it didn’t work for me at first.

Probably too many people interested in it, velocity got too high and triggered their algo. Too good of a bargain for the custy, so they pull it with no notice. Sneaky Amazon.

Sigh. They don’t ship these to Hawaii or at least the ones I want.

Good deal, but when I get to checkout page with $62 subtotal no discount is taken.

Is this normal? When would I see the $20 off?

I posted about this on another thread: it’s not you, it’s them. Once Amazon is running out of its own stock in the qualifying items/listing, the listing then pulls from the third-party seller’s marketplace inventory of the same product; without removing that product from the listing of qualifying products in *Amazon*-owned-and-or-shipped-by inventory. The third party sellers clearly haven’t agreed to join in the discount. Once you have enough products that *actually* qualify under the umbrella of the discount, then you’ll see the $20 discount reflected in your shopping cart. If you don’t see the -$20.00, you haven’t gotten the discount.

Thanks, that makes total sense and definitely what happened in my situation.
