It most likely was. That seems to be the case at some, not all, restaurants.
The best use of Happy Gift cards IMO is to buy a gift card at the place you’ll use it at (or other ones if option). Yes, it does defeats the purpose of the varied but it’s the simplest way to use them all up, especially since a lot of establishments don’t auto drain them.
Just tried using Happy Guy card to get gift card at Home Depot and was denied. Cashier told me it couldn’t be used to buy a gift card. Is that accurate?
Haven’t heard of that issue, I’ve seen many DPs of successful gift card buys at Home Depot. It’s a credit card so they shouldn’t have an issue. I’ve mainly used them at Panera, Bed Bath and Beyond and Buy Buy Baby to buy gift cards.
If you did Rover last week. You can’t get it again.
