If I buy a gift card with Amazon credit, will that credit be immediately available(obviously when gift card is emailed)? Also, can it be used on another gift card offer?

no not available immediately. yes can be used on another GC as long as its sold by amazon.

Same here. All I see are three different multi-store cards whereby you get a $7.50 Amazon credit when purchasing $50 or more (and Subway is one of the featured stores).

Anyone else having issues with getting the Grubhub promo code to apply? I tried GRUBHUB22 on both a $50 and a $100 gc, but I keep getting: “The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase”

the choice Happy Holidays and Cheers To you cards are probably a better “Lowes” deal than the 10 off 100 if you are ok with the smaller $50 denomination as you get $15 off 2×50 cards than 10 off a single $100 card. I guess you could do all 3 if you needed $200 in Lowes cards.
