I saw this offer last year and was about to sign up before the deadline but am not seeing it on my account.

Is this not available for those that did the offer in 2019?

Curious if others did it then get the offer now as well

I have a question I am really lost on airlines qualifying for status. I got a offer in my hyatt account to get AA gold status. Earn $700 Elite Qualifying Dollars (EQDs) and either 6,000 Elite Qualifying Miles (EQMs) or 7 Elite Qualifying Segments (EQS. Does this means if I book a $700rt ticket to Las Vegas 2300 miles each way I would only be 1400 miles away from gold status with American airlines? Please help.

Do you get to have the status DURING the window given to meet the requirements? Or do you only get it after completing the requirements? The terms only state that if you complete the requirements the status is valid through Feb 2023, but not whether it’s valid in the 3 months prior to completing the requirements too.

I believe it’s during – they give you automatic explorist for those 3 months

I’m a discoverist and got offered the $700 EQD + 6,000 EQM or 7 EQS offer for gold. No offer for Platinum.

Hyatt Globalist. If I sign up for and spend 25k on the Aviator Business card within the 3 month period, earning $3000 EQDs, will I get Plat Pro?

It’s a bit unclear from the way it’s laid out above, but you need to hit the EQM requirement AND the EQD requirement (though they are a bit lower this year). So the move is actually the Aviator Silver + Citi AAdvantage Executive. I’m jumping through those hoops now and will revert with my findings. I don’t see why it shouldn’t work, though.

I’m already an AA Platinum and Hyatt Globalist. I did get this for Platinum Pro. I went ahead in registered as I have some travel next month. I think I’ll actually complete the terms, but I’m not going out of my way to complete.

As a World of Hyatt Globalist member, you now have an exclusive opportunity to fast track up to AAdvantage® Platinum Pro elite status.

Here’s how:
Register by September 30, 2021, and complete the qualifying activity below within 3 months of registering and you’ll enjoy AAdvantage® Platinum Pro elite status through January 2023:

Earn $700 Elite Qualifying Dollars (EQDs) and either 6,000 Elite Qualifying Miles (EQMs) or 7 Elite Qualifying Segments (EQSs) for Gold status
Earn $1,500 EQDs and either 12,000 EQMs or 14 EQSs for Platinum status
Earn $2,300 EQDs and either 18,000 EQMs or 21 EQSs for Platinum Pro status

A bit easier than last year I guess…

Correction: Hyatt fast track status will be valid through February 2023 (not Feb 2022 as written)

If I were to sign up for the WOH credit card right now (despite the suboptimal signup bonus), would those 5 qualifying nights count towards the 10 needed to earn Explorist Status under this promotion?

Just saw this wording in the T&C: “World of Hyatt Credit Card night credits do not qualify as Tier-Qualifying Nights.” Thoughts?
