American Airlines Sends Out Shopping Portal Emails From 2017 Onwards

American Airlines has sent out e-mails to account holders regarding shopping portal transactions from as early as 2017 onwards. Unfortunately some people that have had their accounts shut down by American Airlines received these e-mails giving them hope that their accounts had been unbanned when they hadn’t. It’s unclear why these e-mails were even sent out in the first place.

Just found that even though the aadvantage account was shut down, the aadvantage shopping account is still alive.

These promotions were handled with FUC*ING morans.. Cartera Commerce, Inc who did a great job by resending emails thru American, not only that Cartera Commerce, Inc also screwed up big time for customers who did make a transaction using AA’s site but never got the miles credit.

I hope AA isn’t using this garbage company Cartera Commerce, Inc

i got one too, but I don’t think those miles have been retroactively added back to my AA account? My balance hasn’t budged.

It will not. You are dealing with 3rd class airline AA and 3rd class Cartera
