American Express Denver International Airport (DEN) Centurion Lounge To Open 2/1/21

American Express has announced that the Centurion Lounge at Denver International Airport (DEN) will open on February 1st, 2021. The lounge is located in Concourse C just past Gate C46 on the mezzanine level and is open from 7AM to 3PM. The lounge is over 14,000 square feet and contains the usual drinks and food that AmEx members are accustom to.

This is the 14th Centurion lounge that American Express has opened. American Express originally stated that this lounge would becoming sometime in 2019, but I don’t think we’ve ever seen a Centurion lounge open on time.

Amex should really reconsider the arrival policy. Its ok if they don’t want to allow it all the time, but they can give a few passes every year so that business users can use it to freshen up when they arrive early for meetings

What is the point of a lounge closing at 3 pm? Those aren’t exactly prime drinking hours when its open?

Maybe that’s how Amex planned it. I’m sure they will save a ton on booze haha.

This is fantastic news! …and because it’s Colorado they may actually let you eat in the lounge, unlike those commies at SEA.. “grab’n’go only”

commies? right-oh…. *tic well, if you want “politics” and/or excessive regulation, check out the sordid history of what did or did not lead to the shutdown of the Timberline Grill at DEN…. (mgmnt tried to claim, lamely, that they had been forced to stop offering cooked on the premises steaks because of some bizarre regulations, that they were awaiting some special order exhust system….. Didn’t know who or what to believe on that one. (though do know we were flagrantly lied to by Timberline mgmt) We liked that place, alas…. for use with CSR priority pass…. Alas, with timberline closed (or closed to pp), one less reason to fly through den
