American Express Platinum cardholders are seeing a new section in their AmEx offers section called ‘Exclusive offers’Â 
This would fit in with the rumor that the American Express Platinum annual fee is increasing soon, there was also a survey sent out regarding changes to the Business Platinum card that mentioned up to $1,000 in B2B credits. I suspect this wasn’t supposed to go live on the American Express site yet and we will get more information in the coming days.

Do newly opened accounts also have access to all these benefits?
My dad’s only platinum card isn’t showing the offers. We chatted asking why, and got this reply. Looks like they’ve pulled them for (some of?) those who haven’t saved them at least:
“Thank you for your interest in the Amex offers. The Amex offers are available on solicitation and no offer is available for all that required enrollment.
The offers are available depending on factors like how you use your card, where you use your card etc so you can have the best possible offers to utilize.
The offer you have may not be available for others and the same way offers available on other cards may not be available on your card as each card is individual and has it’s own offers.
That’s not the end, American Express has more offers that you can check online at http://www.amexoffers.com. You can explore, select and save offers on your Card. And then these discounts / offers are applied automatically once you have registered your card online to connect the savings”
Amex casually throwing in that useless $650 Equinox offer to inflate the numbers.
I got the card in beginnign of march and dont’ see half these offers .. rip

Well I think this might be something new. I used up the offer for $100 back at Home Depot. This morning, I received another email that I will receive $200 back at Home Depot and the container store. I clicked the logos in the email and the $50 * 2 at Home Depot is back again in my personal platinum account.
There was the $100 Delta offer before. I used it and the offer was gone, then received an email about it, clicked it, and offer was back. However, after purchasing another $100, the 2nd time offer was never triggered and Amex never acknowledged it. So be careful with your second time home depot offer
