Our Verdict
Very common transfer bonus. Previous transfer offers can be found here.
isnt it “From February 26th to March 15th, 2024” ?
I’ve scored some great redemptions with LifeMiles on biz class international flights between USA and Europe and between Europe and South Africa.
You’re one of the few. Here’s a cookie. 🍪
Here’s a 🍆
Oh papi.. 🍑
Yeah, I’mma hold off on sending Amex points to a bankrupt airline… but that’s just me.
Doesn’t understand the difference between a loyalty program and an airline
Doesn’t understand that although the loyalty program is a separate entity, if the airline ceases operations because of the bankruptcy, that could affect your award tickets, even on a different ‘partner’ airline that still exists.
Is this your first time, or have you never been affected by a failed airline? May you not experience what those of us who became ‘creditors’ have had to. Blessings to you, sir.
I never thought leopards would eat MY face
I’m done with life miles. They showed 13.5k + $5.60 on a EWR to SFO award. Exact same price as UA but I had a transfer bonus to LifeMiles. Imagine my surprise when the checkout screen tacked on another $25 “partner redemption” fee. LifeMiles, you wanna charge that kind of fee, you gotta put it upfront like Alaska.
Yeah, if only there were regulations that prevented such lack of transparency… oh well, we just abolished all those agencies. Too bad. Real shame. Might’a help’d. Whoopsie.
4 more years 😂🫵
‘I didn’t hear no bell…’ who said only 4?
*rips up the Constitution*
You think you’re ‘immune’? The ‘leopards’ are gonna feast on you, buddy.
F.A.F.O.
Good idea. Be done. That is wild though, like, they have the $5.60 taxes that United pays as the operator, but then that additional $25 fee–how greedy and cheap of them.
Sir, this IS a Wendy’s.
Lifemiles web site is like a choose-your-own-adventure experience, sometimes you find what you want, sometimes you can’t find anything, sometimes the site is busted.
Hey! They’re trying their hardest…not to go completely bankrupt.
¡Yo (no) quiero, (Avianca)!
Avianca is NOT finger lickin’ good.
Avianca doesn’t even fly to Louisiana… Shame!
I agree! If the fee is mandatory, it should be added to the price
Wow,
big mac, this thread became a Comedy Central ‘roast’
And I think you have to pay like $150 to change or cancel (not to mention the hours spent on the phone with incompetent agents) whereas it’s free to change/cancel awards with United.
not targeted for this offer sadly.
The bonus is on LifeMiles side
Don’t be sad–you really do not want this anyway.
