Our Verdict

I’d recommend saving this offer ASAP in case it hits the maximum number of enrollments. Should be some good deals over Black Friday as well. In the past Amazon Reloads (affiliate link) have worked as well (and nothing in the terms suggest it won’t work this time) so can always lock it in now.

I just chatted with American Express. Here is what they said:
“Thank you for waiting. Upon checking our resources, it appears this offer has already reached it’s enrollment cap which is why it does not show on your accounts anymore. No further new enrollment can be accepted at this time.”
