added the Delta offer, made the purchase on domestics flights within 10 minutes. Offer disappeared in added and saving tab. Chat with Amex there is no offer in my account. Scam
Just wait. It’ll credit after a few days. Same thing happened two years ago when I bought the gift card with the $125 off $300 offer.

I got this offer and I went back to add it a few days later and it’s no longer there. I reached out to Amex via the chat and they told me the offered reached its cap. Has anyone seen anything in the terms about the offer having a limit? I’m inclined to believe it because I’ve never seen an Amex offer rescinded before.
Always add an offer that you intend to use ASAP. The cap thing is real.
“In one or more purchases”, does this mean if I spend $200 in taxes and fees on an award flight and $40 in skyclub entry access fee, it will trigger? Like the purchase doesn’t have to be $250 all at once?
I have received a $500/$100 Delta offer on my vanilla Platinum card. I live near SEA and often fly Delta.
If I don’t have $500 worth of flights to purchase in the next few months but likely within one year is the best bet to purchase main cabin nonrefundable flights and then cancel them after 24 hours has passed to get ecredit for the full value and keep the $100 statement credit?
Yes. You don’t need to wait for 24hrs though, you can cancel immediately. Just ask for the refund as an ecredit instead of to original form of payment.
Got 250/75 on combined 4 Delta Blue Personal cards: 2 in BOS and 2 in PHX.
250/75, DL BizPlat.
Targeting has nothing to do with nearest airports as mine is Fresno which sports a grand total of 3 Skywest DL flights a day
I think you’re missing the point — that’s exactly who they would target: people who live in places where DL has poor market share.
There’s no need for them to offer this to Atlantans, it would cost them money for little to no incremental benefit since DL owns ATL.
I got one for me and one for P2. Delta Platinum and Gold. Both ATL based. Actually just used the companion cert out of ATL.
Got 250/75 Delta Gold, DC area if that helps
I got the 250/75 offer on my Delta Platinum card. P2 didn’t on any of her 4, including Delta Gold
None for our 2 Delta Platinums since live close to Atlanta
