Usually, the free trial is only for those who’ve never used the trial before. However, the signup page is working for those who previously did the trial to get a free month with the 2 free audiobooks. It won’t work for those who currently are paying a monthly subscription.
The Fine Print
- After the first month, the cost will be $14.95 monthly
- You can cancel anytime
Be sure to notate on your calendar to cancel if you don’t want to continue the subscription. Or just download the 2 audiobooks immediately and then cancel; those books will be available forever.
Our Verdict
I suspect this is a glitch that it’s working for previous subscribers , but not really sure. In any case, it’s a nice deal if you like audiobooks. Typically, you get 1 audiobook per month for $14.95; with this deal, you’re getting $30 worth of audiobooks for free. The books remain available to you forever, even after you cancel.
Based on the comments, it seems it’s not working for everyone. Worked for me around 4 pm ET on 7/21. Let us know if it works for you.
