The Offer
- Bank of America credit and debit cardholders can sign up for a free year of Grubhub+ which usually costs $9.99 per month.
GrubHub+ offers the following:
- Free delivery (minimum $12 order)
- Donations are doubled (e.g round up your change to the near dollar and GrubHub matches it. With GrubHub+ this will be matched and doubled)
- Exclusive offers and deals
The Fine Print
- Offer valid until 4/20/23.
- Offer available only for eligible Bank of America credit or debit cardholders who do not have an active Grubhub+ membership at the time of signup (as determined by Grubhub).
- Certain Bank of America cardholders, including commercial prepaid cardholders, may not be eligible.
- Eligible cardholders may redeem this offer by enrolling in the Grubhub+ membership trial using their eligible Bank of America card at https://grubhub.com/partner/bofa no later than 4/20/2023.
- Free 12 month free trial available for 365 days from date trial is initiated. Grubhub+ is an automatically renewing membership service requiring recurring payments. After your free trial ends, your free trial will convert to a paid Grubhub+ membership and Grubhub will automatically charge you each month at the then-current rate (currently $9.99 per month) plus applicable tax until you cancel. Canceling during the free trial period will result in immediate termination of the Grubhub+ membership and benefits.
- Offer cannot be combined with other free trial offers. This offer is available in the United States only (not available in Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands).
Our Verdict
Nice freebie. You can also get a free year with Amazon Prime and with Instacart Express memberships. Whichever you use, be sure to set a reminder to cancel before being charged for the 13th month.
I still see this offer under my BofA deals, but when I go to the page, it asks for the first 6 digits of my credit card. I entered 440066, which is my Premium Rewards card (also Cash Rewards), and it tells me that it doesn’t qualify. What card works with it? Very odd.
The BofA offers shows an 8/18 expiration even though the GH page says 12/31.

Looks like deadline to redeem has been extended from 4/20/23 to 12/31/23.
This still works, got a code up to: use 3 times, $15 min, 30 days validity. Thanks. Did this for the first time.
You don’t actually need to have a BoA account and can just use 480011 when it asks for the first 6 numbers
Existing GH+ members don’t need a unique/full CC number to get the $5 off next 3 orders. I got a unique promo code emailed to me instantly after inputting the first 6 digits of CC, e.g. 440066
Looks like the code is valid until 11:59 PT 31 days after the date of issue.
got the message, but no email received 🙁
My bofa virgin Atlantic credit card doesn’t qualify. 🙁
I am already a member. When I tried signing up with your link I got the following –
We see you’re already a GH+ member! While you don’t qualify for this offer, we want you to enjoy the gift of $5 off your next 3 orders ($15 value)
Use a new email and set up a new account.
If you already have the service, they will send you three $5 off $15+ purchases offer when trying to sign up with the above link.
are these 5$ promotions emailed? i got the prompt [We see you’re already a GH+ member! While you don’t qualify for this offer, we want you to enjoy the gift of $5 off your next 3 orders ($15 value)] but dont see if it will show up when i order later in the month
My area: Buffalo chicken sub ( pickup rate without taxes)
Direct Subway $9.79
Grubhub $11.79
I am forced to used Amex Gold card coupon every month.
I would say… Go to a real hoagie place and stop eating Subway
I like the Applebees 2 for $25 – starting at $31.
These free Grubhub+ offerrs come without a $10 / mo. credit, so they are essentially almost worthless. About as much Grubhub values them itself. UberOne on the other hand gives real discounts and numerous coupon codes.
Yep
