I just saw the Aviator 1000 miles for spending $250 * 2 after login, despite that I called in for retention and was told there’s none for me this year. I have the 10,000 miles/yr version so I’ve been paying the AF.
I’ve never seen these offers.
No offer on Aviator, but I did discover my payment was a couple of days late because I hadn’t set up autopay. And the only way to do so is to send a message containing account info. Only card I have without autopay setup online.
I got the Aviator spending bonus email but I’m skipping it this card is garbage and cancelling it in May when AF appears.
Why not product change it to the no annual fee flavor? That way it won’t affect your credit history.
I basically agree that this card is sock drawer worthy, but they were generous enough to offer me a 0% APR no fee balance transfer offer a few months ago. The offer even let me transfer the money directly to my bank account.
Not directly related, but check your “offers” in the online account. On my Barclay card (Priceline) I see a 13 month 0% APR with 1% fee offer – not as good as 0-0 but still that’s like a $175 bonus after the fee if 10K of that is put in a CD at today’s best rates.
Saw similar in my account balance transfer offer, 1 % fee, 0 % offer till June 2020, tempting.

Do these work for the Uber Card as well? I tried signing up for the barclayscard rewards boost website w my Uber card and couldn’t find out how or find information confirming it’s posdible! Am I missing something?!

so not necessarily…. would be more helpful if announcements like this would pass along just how one learns if one is targeted….. If it came by email, what was the subject heading? Or as per Eric M’s note below, that it appears on a “sidebar.” (I got nothing….. have a hunch these Barclay’s promos don’t go to those of us with the Wyndham legacy 15k annual bonus card — the one that’s likely to get sock-drawer-ed after the pending program changes)
