Our Verdict
With previous Chase offers and other telecommunication providers these types of deals have worked even if you’re not a new customer. I suspect this will be the case this time, but always some risk it will code differently. Great deal for existing users if it does work for them.

just signed home internet customer and will report a dp if payments trigger this offer. their gateways are backordered though so not even sure i’ll start my service before the offer expires.
Did anyone trigger it successfully as a exciting prepaid customer?
Not a new customer. No notification ever given to me from Chase, but shows up under Redeemed Chase Offers today for $100 after making 2 TMOBILE*PREPAID WEB $50.00 payments. Payments made on July 3 and July 7.
I’m a tmobile prepaid customer. My 2nd $50 refill transaction online was on 7/3/21. Today the $100 offer showed that it was redeemed in my Chase account.
Just a note, I’ve been with tmobile since 2011. The $100 credit is now posted on my recent transactions.
Does your prepaid payment page show “Payment processed by Vesta on behalf of T-Mobile” and “Powered by Vesta” at the bottom of the page?
Just wondering if prepaid monthly plans bill differently from pay go — I have 2x legacy pay as you go lines and don’t mind adding $50 credit to each line only if the promo works with the Vesta payment page
