No. You have to buy Uber Cash through the app with a different payment method.
You also get best buy rewards on this so could be up to 12.25% (2.5% of $90 is $2.25) off not including credit card rewards
Best Buy accepts Paypal and Chase Freedom has a 5% bonus for using Paypal. Stack and get roughly 13.5%.
