was able to get this twice on the same Best Buy account, PayPal payment each time, about 5 days apart. Each of the 3 promo offers arrived in my email ~10 minutes following the Apple gc both times

Worked great for me! Bonus $20 delivered within minutes of transaction processing.
Did two separate orders, 1 card each. First went through immediately. Second still processing. Suspect one per account.

Do you get reward zone points for Apple gift cards from BB?
DD: I used my best buy store credit card for this and got a $10 reward certificate, without going through the reward zone points first. Might be YMMV especially not everyone has a BB credit card. Mine can only be used at best buy, i.e. not a visa card.
Edit: looks like the $10 certificate I was mentioning would be in the form of points (5%)–I was confused about the wording that showed up on the page. So, to answer your original question of whether you would get points or not, I think the answer appears to be “yes”
The best buy rewards program specifically excludes apple products unless you are a BB credit card holder and make your purchase using the BB credit card.
Apple products do not earn any rewards. If you want to be technical, they give you points, then subtract the same amount.
This change went into effect 10/21/19. The other reply on this post is likely only referring to credit card rewards, not Best Buy’s specific rewards.

What’s the limit?
I didn’t see it in the terms, but any details like limit 1 per account or can only redeem 1 $20 BB GC per order?
“1 per customer” but that probably is really 1 per customer per order like target. Also comes with 4 free months of Apple Music and news for new subscribers.

i couldn’t even get 1 per account to work. put in 3 different orders under 3 different accounts, all cancelled with some BS about “encountering an error”. 2 were paypal so basically no chance of fraud and they still somehow encountered “problems”, magically
