Don’t bother. If you don’t speak Korean, they will treat you like sh*t.
How much would it cost to learn Korean? If speaking classes cost less than the gains people could give a try as it could be churned multiple times 😛
Good for me, that’s my fetish. I like to be demeaned.
I wonder if they need to pull Chex since I already have a personal account..?
In any case, I tried to open a sole prop business account at the branch in 2022. They declined me because I use my own name and address.
I showed them the IRS EIN letter that showed my name and address, but they said that they don’t allow home based businesses (and the branch manager thought it very strange that I use my own name as business name….)
Anyone succeeded online with Sole Prop and SSN?
Where do you even see an option to open online? I am in the footprint btw.
how do the points transfer to cash? is 1k points equal to 1 dollar? if so how can you redeem for straight cash?
Your question is answered on the “link to offer” page in the article.
So it’s 2% bonus at a cost of 1% interest?
It doesn’t look like this can be opened online.
Did you try online and are you in state or out of state?
I don’t see an apply button anywhere online.
How does one maintain average daily balance of $100,000 for first 3 months? Is it counted from day 1 of opening itself? Isn’t that difficult considering it takes a few days to even add funds to the new account.
It starts from the 1st day of the first full month that your bank account is opened. So if you open on April 20th, then the clock starts on May 1st.
Thanks for clarifying
I have done account bonus offers with Hanmi before, with good results. Just be prepared, however, for maybe a different experience than what you may be used to. As a bank that focuses heavily on the Asian American market, their “style” — for lack of a better term — can potentially be off-putting to those outside of this community.
My comment intended to be constructive and respectful to everyone.
No one knows what the hell you’re talking about because you’re mincing words.
i’m asian and I have no idea what the fuck he’s saying.
Maybe someone should take your asian card away then, lol
i had the same feeling when i opened bank of hope a primarily korean bank. i know what you mean
As someone who isn’t Asian, that sounds awesome. I’m all for standoffishness.
Unsolicited vocabulary lesson: standoffishness is different than off-putting.
Why do they use uchooserewards?
Because they can…..
