Update 5/21/22: Bonus has been increased to $750, only available via TPG link. Spend is also $7,500 in three months instead of $15,000. Cash back has been reduced to 1.5%.
Original 11/19/21: Capital On Tap has a business credit card that offers the following:
- 2% cash back on all purchases
- Sign up bonus of $199 when you spend $15,000+ within three months
Looks like normally this card will earn 1% on all purchases and no sign up bonus but at the moment you get founder rewards that offers the sign up bonus and the 2% cash back. Overall the card doesn’t look that appealing, but always good to see new cards in the market.
Why is this still listed as a top business card? The SUB has been gone for months and months.

Is anyone else having issues redeeming points for cashback? My 75,000 point bonus posted but I am only able to redeem it for giftcards.
75k points posted, BUT you can’t cash them out unless you’ve a balance on the card. So cashout is not straightforward, need to rack up new purchases and then use bonus points to offset those purchases. Also, can get e-gift cards with 2% discount to several merchants.

Bonus paid today…75k points showed up so check those accounts.
I applied in MAY – no $750 yet, even though the promo says “first 3 months”
“Get $750 cashback when you spend $7,500 in your first 3 months!”
Apparently I will not get the $750 until OCTOBER (5 months), as they said in the chat:
“Looking over the account, It does look like you have met the requirements for the $750 bonus. Points will be applied after 3 billing cycles, you are currently in the second because you did not begin spending until JULY. They bonus reflects after 3 full cycles.”
