Some people are seeing in their Capital One Offers (in the credit card login) 15x rewards for CVS in-store purchases.
Note the fine print:
Orders deemed by CVS to be used for reselling purposes that are over $500 in order amount or include a quantity of more than 8 of the same SKU are not eligible for earning credits.
