Card Details
- 1.5% cash back on all purchases

- No foreign transaction fees
Our Verdict
The bonus is usually $100, it recently went up to $150, and now it’s up to $200 with this special link. The spend requirement is a bit higher at $1,000 instead of the typical $500.
$200 is already a level where some people are willing to signup for a card, though the fact that Capital One pulls all 3 bureaus puts a damper on that.  (Note, you can freeze your Experian and still get approved.)
The card just earns 1.5% back, and you should be getting a minimum of 2% value on all your purchases. The most interesting part about this card are the various promotions they’ve been running, like the current Spotify offer and the old Uber offer. It also might make sense for international purchases due to no foreign transaction fees (a rarity among no-fee cards).
Combining the signup bonus and other potential perks, some people might be interested in signing up. A lot of people would just product change another card to the Quicksilver instead.
