Our Verdict
Nice discount, if your stay is after 04/01/2019 then you can usually call up and pay in advance and that will trigger the offer. We saw a similar offer but for 15% with Marriott as well.

I don’t think you need to call the hotel, you can just simply book an advance rate? (Not necessarily nonrefundable.)

What’s the criteria to get targeted for useful chase offers? I get useless ones that can’t be used in my geographical location.
They base them upon your usage (and presumably the categories of your usage) – Card I use all the time currently has 40+ offers while cards I barely use have between 0-5.
My favorite so far was 5% back from Five Guys – up to a $1 haha
Anybody ever use these at properties outside the US? I didn’t see any exclusions like there are with amex offers but wanted to confirm.
The title says 10% but the first bullet says 15%. I got 10%. FWIW, I got this offer from BoA but not Suntrust, PNC, Regions, or Chase.

Good offer. Given that my Chase cards are a IHG, Hyatt and Marriott card I somehow don’t see myself getting this on those three cards.. But then again, didn’t get the Marriott offer on the Marriott card, either. Chase offers are much more YMMV than Amex, which is somewhat YMMV!
