[Expired] Chase Offers/BofA: Earn $35 When You Sign Up For Visible Phone Service(+ $100 Mastercard For Staying Two Months)

The Offer

Check your Bank Amerideals for the following offer:

  • Earn $35 back when you sign up for phone service with Visible

A number of banks use the same back end for these offers. This includes: Chase, Bank of America, Regions Bank, Suntrust Bank, BBVA, BB&T, PNC, Columbia Bank, Beneficial Bank, and Christian Community CU. You can read this post for more information.

The Fine Print

  • Offer expires 6/14/2020
  • Payment must be made directly with the merchant

Our Verdict

If you keep the service for two months you can get a $100 Mastercard gift card. Service costs $25 the first month and then $45 monthly after that. Personally don’t think these deals are worth doing for a relatively small profit. But that will depend on your own circumstances.

Just a heads up to also check your Wells Fargo offers. It’s not one of the banks mentioned that often has these offers but I found the visible offer on my world propel.

Alex I see this offer in my WF deals too but when I click to activate I am getting an error “ please try again later”
Anyone with similar experience ? Does reaching out to customer service via SM help?
I wanna try Visible service and this would have been perfect!

William Charles The $100 gift card is only if you buy a phone from them. Not worth doing IMO. They ran a similar promotion a few months back, but they raised their phone prices since then and all-together removed the low priced Moto G7 Power from the promotion.

Note. I’ve used visible, and it’s a great deal for anyone that has good coverage. – But the $100 promotion should only be considered by someone that really needs a phone. – The LG Stylo 5 comes out to an Okay price, but keep in mind if you want to switch later that it only works on the Verizon network. (Technically an “Unlocked phone” but doesn’t come with the bands most GSM companies use.)

You don’t have to buy a phone. Reread the terms.

Um, heck yeah. I switched to visible earlier this year and it is AWESOME. My verizon used to drop calls all the time, this never does, data is faster too and higher limit before “throttle” (really not sure if it’s ever throttled). I use my phone as hotspot router in my apt since there’s this weird dead zone for normal internet we can’t fix.

Join a party pay and it’s $25 a month. INCLUDING tax. They actually encourage this, and signing up with strangers, on a reddit thread. I have no idea how this will be profitable for them long but coolio?

Thanks for posting this, my bf actually just finally asked me to help him set it up today, timing couldn’t be better for this.

Not sure why you would get better service with the MVNO. Visible is OK in most places, but it doesn’t work on 3g, so I found some places it didn’t work as well as AT&T or even Sprint. (OK Sprint was only marginally better.)

Overall Visible is a bargain if it works for you. The best deal out there.

I did not know Visible is a MVNO on Verizon network and is funded by Verizon. Reviews say customer service is very poor and is app-based, and service speed varies significantly by Verizon prioritizing MVNO customer traffic below direct customer traffic.

Thanks DoC. Got it on my southwest card, but none of the other 11 Chase cards. Free sprint service is done on 6/30/20, so may give visible a try with these offers.

Could you elaborate? Does it just need to have the verizon bands?

Edit: Just checked my unlocked iphone. Their system indicates it’s compatible.

I’ve been w/visible since the first of the year. Not much problem w/service but I must warn you all that the CUSTOMER service is (or was, it may have improved, I don’t know) is the PITS! Absolutely among the worst I have ever experienced in my life! No phone c.s. It is all chat. If there is a problem that the chat agents cannot handle, they “escalate”…and, guess what? Someone will get back to you…in 2-5 DAYS! Does not matter if you do not have service, whatever. I raised so much h e l l w/them when I first started, and over stuff that any other company would have handled in no time.

Don’t say you weren’t warned. I have been absolutely LIVID w/these guys. I’m still w/them for now, but their c.s.STINKS big time. They might be better now; I have not been forced to interact w/them lately, thank goodness. Just want you to know what you might be getting into.

I already have a working phone but it gives you $200 off a discounted iPhone SE for $384 to $184 plus taxes (after rebate card). Flipped the phone for $390 on Craigslist

Quango

Hey Quango. Just to reiterate what J asked below, did you buy the SE but activate a different phone? Also, how long did it take to receive the $200 prepaid card? Thanks
