Chase Offers: Get 10% Off Quill.com (Buy $300 Visa Giftcard)

The Offer

  • There’s a Chase Offer for 10% back on all of your Quill.com purchases, up to $25 statement credit.

The Fine Print

  • Expires 11/25/21
  • Payment must be made directly with the merchant

Our Verdict

Max this out with $250 spend. Quill.com sells office supplies, but also sells $200 and $300 Visa gift cards. The $300 card has a $9 fee, and should net a $16 moneymaker. Try going through a shopping portal as well and see if it sticks.

Could be worth it for some, especially if you find the offer a card with an office supply multiplier. I’d guess the offer is more likely to show on business cards (?). Let us know if you see it at any other bank, such as Bank Amerideals.

This is a no go for new customers. Purchasing gift cards requires a purchase history with them.

I opened a new account today and had no problem buying a gift card with no prior purchases. I did have to fill out my business profile first.

Where did you fill out a “business” profile? I created an account and set it as business, but still get the same message.

UPDATE: Ok, after filling in my Billing and shipping address in my profile it allowed me to buy one.

Even after completing my profile, I was unable to order a Visa GC until after making my first purchase. Doing that unlocked the Visa GCs immediately.

You’re welcome.

Nothing on all of my chase cards. But have it on my Bofa card. 10% back upto $25. But quill.com shows this item only for business customers. Will they send some tax forms if we register as business customer?

I bought the $300 VGC for $308.95 on CIC. I had an old actual business account with them from the past so that was no issue. I didn’t actually get charged for about 30 minutes after I submitted my order. When the charge did go through the Chase offer tracking email came immediately.

Bought 308.95 successfully using CIC. Thanks Doc. Didn’t know it sells VGC. Several months ago I bought HP Ink from their site. Cheaper than anywhere I can find.

Just a heads up, I bought 1 item from Quill 4+ years ago and continue to get Quill postcard mailers every 2 weeks. You have been warned.

95% of my mail goes in the recycle bin. The only way to get off mailing lists is to never buy anything. One postcard every few weeks that I’ve gotten is not a big deal IMHO.

Grant

I think Quill spent more on marketing, advertising, and postage costs on these postcards than the value of the one item I bought. Just wanted to give you all a heads up 🙂

They send me $50-$100 coupons every few weeks and a catalog once, maybe twice, a year. I get more marketing mail from Amex.

There are some companies that bombard you with marketing but Quill is pretty tame in comparison in my opinion. I thought that was normal but apparently you get a lot more.

I saw the offer earlier and discarded using it but since they have Visas… had old account info from years ago so it appears to have gone through. RMN has 12%, would be a nice bump if it sticks. Thanks!

Got it on a CIC. Thanks for the heads up.

I got the offer on 3 Ink cards. But there’s that warning shown here above…

Update – creating a business profile and entering in your billing and shipping address allowed me to purchase a gift card.

Can anyone confirm if this codes as 5x on CIC?

Arley Lozada

Have it on my CIC. So, does this mean I will get 10% from offer + 5% from regular office supplies CB? If so this is a $31 MM with a 5% office supply card.

Two CIC cards with the offer here as well.

I would think so. Well this sucks…..We apologize. Due to contractual obligations, this item can only be purchased by registered business customers
