Chase Sapphire Reserve and Sapphire Preferred Referral Thread

Thread is now closed to new referrals. Missed out on sharing yours? Follow us on Twitter or sign up for instant notifications to get alerted to new posts.

Sapphire Referral Offer

Chase offers a 10,000 points bonus to Sapphire Reserve and Preferred members for referring a friend. The new member gets the standard 50,000 points signup bonus (plus – in the case of the Preferred – a 5,000 points bonus for adding an authorized-user).

The Sapphire referral links got more interesting now since Chase increased the 24-month rule to a 48-month rule on the Sapphire cards. However, the referral links are still showing the 24 month language.

Rules

Leave a comment below with your referral link for the Sapphire Reserve or Sapphire Preferred cards, nothing else. Don’t put your Twitter handle, your name, “thanks”, or anything else. Do not reply to another comment with your link – add it as a regular, new comment. Only comment once: the comment might not show immediately; give it time to go through moderation.
The comment should look something like this:

Sapphire Reserve https://applynow.chase.com/FlexAppWeb/renderApp.do?SPID=FNLC&CELL=ABCDEF&MSC=123456789
Sapphire Preferred https://applynow.chase.com/FlexAppWeb/renderApp.do?SPID=FNLC&CELL=ABCDEF&MSC=123456789

You can leave a referral for one or both cards. Please both in a single comment. We usually have to remove a large percentage of referrals for not following the rules.

We posted the referral thread like 30 minutes ago. Are you seriously complaining? You also didn’t follow the rules when you did post your link so I removed both attempts you made. Do not attempt to leave your links in this thread again. If you do you will be banned from leaving future links on this site. This is a warning to everybody else as well.

My sincerest apologies Will. I didn’t mean to come off like I was complaining. In all honesty I was attempting to make a test comment because of how fast they were coming out in the beginning, and didn’t know if Moderation was automatic or if it was a website phishing algorithm because of the mistake I had made initially (the glibe comment was mostly for myself so if I could verify if moderation was automatic). I truly am sorry for how that came out and want to let you know that I appreciate how responsive and the quality of information your blog puts out. I will do my best to follow instructions in the future.

Does Chase, and Amex for that matter, allow posting referrals on forums like this and reddit etc?

Just curious if there are concerns about getting shutdown as there is pretty specific language about sharing links with friends and family… thanks
