- Chase is offering a $5 bonus when you use Chase QuickPay with Zelle to send three payments of $20 each or more within 60 days of enrolling in this offer. Must enroll by January 31st, 2018
- Some people have the same offer but for a bonus of $10
The Fine Print
- Payments sent using the Zelle® app do not qualify.
- Payments received through Chase QuickPay® with Zelle® do not qualify.
- After you have completed all the above requirements, we’ll deposit the bonus in your account within 10 business days.
- One bonus per customer.
- Bonus is considered miscellaneous income, and may be reportable to you and the IRS on Form 1099-MISC (or Form 1042-S, if applicable).
Our Verdict
Not the most enticing bonus, but I suspect many readers will receive this offer due to having a Chase account from the $300 checking bonuses that are frequently offered.
