BP GIft cards showed “Sold Out” this evening. Is it likely to come back or has the golden goose been killed?

After spending 100 dollars, how long does it take citi to change your tier?

Is this only for credit card holders and not the checking/Saving account holders?

I checked back today. The Walmart gift card is gone. The others (iTunes, BP, Uber, etc.) are still there.

Finally got in. I called Citi Easy Deals today at 800-231-6381 (for P2’s account and just had to give them P2’s security info and told them I wasn’t her). They gave me a string of numbers as a Citi Easy Deals id and randomized authentication number, and from there I was able to reset the password and login. Used to be able to login with the citicards.com id, but now will use this citieasydeals.com id instead.

However, couldn’t find these deals today.

Edit: The deals are still there, under special offers not regular gift cards. Terrible website, but great deals from time to time!

They definitely make them tricky to find. First experience today. Even if you click “All Gift Cards”, they don’t show. You have to click on “Special Offers” under gift cards.

I would love to take advantage of this deal but cannot for the life of me log on to the easy deals site. Different browsers/mobile/incognito nothing seems to work.

I also had trouble on mobile…went to regular citi website on citi and then on the right-hand side banner, next to your hundreds of thousands of miles and CTY points, there’s a link to eady deals. That one works

I’m calling them today. It’s definitely something on their end. I tried every combo of browser apple/PC etc. to no avail.

How do you even get to the enhanced tier? I know it’s $100 spend, but I don’t see any deals worth spending $100 on to unlock these deals. Very frustrated.

I believe the $100 is based on your credit card spending anywhere, not just spending within Citi Easy Deals (in fact, I’m not sure whether spending within Citi Easy Deals counts—although I don’t see an exclusion stated anywhere).

Basically, if you spend $100 on your eligible Citi card in a calendar year, then you’ll get into the Plus tier. Also, “after you reach the required spend in a calendar year, access to that tier will be available at the start of your next billing period. You will remain in that tier for that year and the entire next calendar year or until you reach a new tier” (https://citieasydeals.com/gateway?t=tierlearnmore).

I thought that maybe it was just $100 spend on the card but then thought nah there’s no way it’s that easy. Thanks for educating me.

Just PC’ed to this card so wasn’t sure how it worked.
