I think it is for Citi Simplicity and Citi Dividend Customers.

Is this rewards program worth keeping a diamond preferred card around? I don’t have spend on it currently to access this deal but Google search says it’s mostly discounted gift cards you can probably find elsewhere and occasionally free $5 or $10 cards to random places. Not much info around really.
I love this card for its gift card deals. This time of year they churn out a ton of discounted gift cards.

For free ones it is one max. I think they code it to 1 every 999 or 9999 days on the back end if I remember correctly.
