Is this through the app only? If not then this is targeted and maybe should be titled as such. Myself as well as others in the comments are not getting this offer.

If you already have autopay turned on, can you turn it off and get the offer?

I am trying this now, so far I don’t see any promos on my login page. Will report back if I see any changes.

It worked for me. I turned autopay off and saw the promo on top of my “make a payment” web page in about 20 mins.

Could someone provide info of which specific App and how to see the offer, please?

I downloaded & installed “Xfinity My Account” app from Play Store – logged in with my credentials. But I am not able to see any offer…

Any inputs are appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Sri

Not worth it for foregoing the tens of 1-cent charges I put on to keep my Wells Fargo business checking account fee-free, and satisfying the rewards checking account debit card spending requirements.

Totally agree. This is my go to for meeting debit card transaction requirements. My other utilities charge a fee per payment. Comcast doesn’t care. And also AMZN has been acting weird lately

You don’t have to forego those 1 cent transactions even with autopay enabled. Make all the 1 cent transactions you want before the due date and autopay just pays off the remainder of your bill afterward. I’ve done it like this for a couple years now
