Just went to my local DQ – no app or coupon needed, no waiting, just went up the counter and got a small vanilla cone for free. You have the option to pay $1 for a dipped cone for those that enjoy that.

There’s already a line outside the Rita’s down the street which doesn’t even open until noon. Seeing a lot of stay-at-home moms with strollers (“can I have two more for my kids at home too?” pleeeeease”).
Hard pass.
That was the only advantage of the app. IIRC you had a few days to claim the offer instead of just one. I’m sure there will be a line when we go tonight.
Miss that place… there were a few where I lived and they all shut down.
And they’re actually popping up as new locations where I live. Have like 4 within a 10 minute drive, two are open year round.
