Curious as to why? VGC has better redemption ratio.

I sometimes do use VGC on Swagbucks when I get that 13% discount. But then have to spend them again somewhere else.

Prefer to just get straight cash mostly.

Ah, I think most people got in on this using MyPoints rather than Swagbucks.

I am also in the same boat. 6000 points pending till 3/23 but we should cancel by 3/22. If I cancel on 3/22, will I lose all points?

The offer was $1.08 for three months. Why would you need to cancel by 3/22. Wait til your points post and then cancel.

Yeah, guess I waited too long. Searched on both sites and also clicked the mypoints link posted above.

Immediately got e-mail notification of 6,000 MyPoints points and could see it in my account. But when I go to log into my account.. I cannot. It’s like they locked my account again immediately when the points posted. This happened the first time a few months ago I went to use my points from the Gillette deal to get gift cards. Now it has happened again. Any thoughts? Anyone else in the same boat?

Think I have the same problem. Except I didn’t get the points accounted immediately and my account keeps saying my email and pass combinations are wrong.

Guess I got locked. Just going to cancel my subscription at this point.

Yep. That’s the same thing that happened with me. MyPoints.com keeps telling me that it’s the wrong e-mail and pass combinations. Anyone with experience with MyPoints know about this?

I can request to reset my password, and their site let’s me reset it and I’m able to log in. But then when I click on my account it kicks me out again and when I try entering my new password, it tells me again that the e-mail / password combo is not correct even though it is.

Prodege LLC (who owns MyPoints & Swagbucks) has security measures in place that are known to lock new accounts if they do high paying offers when they first sign up or dated accounts who don’t use the sites regularly and out of the blue do a high paying offer. It’s simply to prevent abuse. You can put a help ticket in at help.mypoints.com or help.swagbucks.com to get assistance.

Thanks. Do you think it makes sense to wait a few weeks until the points clear before actually contacting them? I don’t want them to lock or permanently close my account while the points are still “pending.” I’m actually wondering how long it would take for the points from this Dallas Morning deal to post.

It doesn’t sound like your issue is them locking your account or else you would usually see a “Your account was deactivated” message when trying to log in. It sounds like a bug/error on their end that is causing it or perhaps a browser issue (extension you’re using, etc.)? Have you tried to do it in Incognito mode (with no extensions on) and pop-ups/redirects set to allow?

Did this deal, but not sure I had pop-up blockers off when I did this. I did not have the points immediately pending. Do you think I will run into issues with this?

So where do i spend the $20 on mypoints to get the 1750 points? Do i buy a gift card on the site or do i make a online purchase at a linked-in walmart portal?
