Discover Double Cash Promotion Sign Ups No Longer Available For Existing Cardholders

Discover is currently offering a promotion for all Discover it cardholders, where for the next twelve billing cycles they will double the cash back you earn (double cash back is earned in the 13th billing cycle). This includes:

It’s a fantastic deal and the best bit was that it was also available to existing cardholders. Unfortunately this seems like it’s no longer the case at all and existing cardholders will no longer be able to sign up. Personally I always recommend signing up immediately to avoid these types of situations occurring, rather than waiting around in the hopes of being able to maximize additional quarters in 2016.

discover double cash promotion new card members only

If you haven’t signed up for this card, then you can still apply for it and receive the double cash promotion (it’s better if you use somebodies referral link for $50 which will be doubled to $100 total).

Wow 2% back on all purchases, and thats not even considering the 10% rotating categories and doubled portal cb. looks like i dont even need me Citi DB for the next year. very glad i signed up. i wish we could see our doubled cashback post immediately instead of having to wait for that 13th month, it makes me a little nervous haha

Yep. Thats the difference between Citi DC and Discover, you get the cashback after end of statements for Citi DC. So the only thing I will be using the 2x on Discover is the quaterly bonus and Discover deals.

They don’t give you any email confirmation or any proof of enrollment, I am worried if I don;t get my cashback doubled, I can’t even complain.

I`m always late for every discover deals 🙁 But I just got my $50 coupon on ebay for my first sale and $10 Amazon gift card on Ownzones. Just wanted to let you know they both worked. Let me at least share my referral link if anyone needs to sign up for Discover Card. http://bit.ly/1ImVYKg

Thanks

Totally agree with signing up early (and often!) before these great deals get cancelled.

Here’s my referral link if anyone wants to sign up for a new card with the double cash back (we both get $50, doubled to $100): http://bit.ly/1HgEOy4

Thanks DoC for keeping us all informed and letting us post referrals!
