I have received my first $50 BTC bonus for referring a friend. Thank you so much, Jake.

In chat, they told me whether or not my refrerrer and the people I referred had completed their side of the offer.

Also, their FAQ about the old referral bonus is pretty good (they might’ve recently added some of this info).
https://help.domainmoney.com/en/articles/5902536-waitlist-referral-bonus-program

“What happens if the price of crypto goes down?
Once you buy $1000 of crypto, the price of the cryptocurrency does not impact your eligibility. For example, if after purchasing $1000 in crypto the price of the asset were to go down, causing your holdings to be worth $900, you are still eligible. Additionally, you may sell for USD at anytime (even if worth less than $1000) and as long as you hold the assets on the platform and for 90 days (as well as any other eligibility requirements), you are still eligible.”

“When will the bonus be paid?
After 90 days from the time you made your first deposit, we will check eligibility on a bi-monthly basis, so once you reach your 90-day mark, please allow an additional 2 weeks to be notified by our team.”

DP from the first offer for $150 referrer bonus & $50 referee bonus. P1 and P2 both opened and funded with $1k each on 2/22. P1 referred P2. Both P1 and P2 traded $1k in & out of BTC on 2/24. Each position was held for maybe an hour then liquidated. Cash was left in the account afterward. On 5/13 P2 received a $50 bonus in BTC, 78 days after meeting the requirement. P2 then withdrew the cash today, on day 91 from trade date P1 is still waiting for the $150 bonus to post. I’ve emailed support and will report back when I know more. We are both on iPhones with iOS.

Dave R. If you are confident the person you referred has met the requirements, contact support through the Domain app. I did that and they credited me the $150 within 24 hours. Interestingly, the rep also noted that another person I had referred several months ago (someone random from DoC that used my link from that initial thread) had just gotten around to signing up a few days ago. She told me to mark my calendar for 100 days from now and to follow up with her then, and she’d credit me with the $150 for that referral as well, assuming they meet all the requirements (e.g., keep the cash on the platform for 90 days). It’s looking like the $150 might be credited manually in reaction to customer outreach. Why else would she tell me now to email her in 100 days to ask for the bonus? So, if you’re confident they owe you a payment, reach out to them and they’ll make good on it. They’ve been very pleasant to deal with!

Update: I just received the $150 for P1. I contacted customer support through the app asking when the bonus would be paid, and they replied promptly and credited my account. Very friendly rep. Remember the terms of the original deal were that the person being referred needs to deposit $1,000 and trade that into crypto. You can then hold the position or sell immediately, doesn’t matter, but you do need to keep the deposit on the platform for 90 days. After that you can withdraw. If you have less than the initial $1,000 after selling the position, that’s fine, they don’t penalize you for that.

Mike B. are stablecoins an option? and what are the fees like for buying, selling, withdrawing? I can’t seem to find the info on their site

Genevieve Artadi Domain charges a 1.49% transaction fee to buy or sell crypto. So to buy $1,000 worth, you’ll pay a $15 fee. You’ll pay that both ways, so $30 total to move in & out of a crypto position. You can see that on their website here: https://domainmoney.com/rates

Based on some early comments on this thread, I don’t think stable coins count. You may want to check directly with Domain to be sure.

If you want to truly minimize risk, you can buy and then immediately sell something like BTC. Your $1,000 will become $970 due to paying $30 in fees roundtrip, but you’ll only own the asset for about a minute, so there will be almost no time for the value to fluctuate. Then you keep that $970 as cash on the platform for 90 days. When they pay you the bonus of $150 worth of BTC, sell that immediately as well. You’ll pay $2.24 of fees to liquidate that, and walk away with $147.76, which is a net gain of $117.76 when factoring in the $30 in fees to buy & sell the $1,000 in the first place. Ultimately that’s not super interesting as a standalone bonus, but if you are in 2-player mode or referring several people, that can get interesting very quickly.

William Charles I just happened to email these guys again today to follow up and the app was being uploaded today, it’s live on the play store for Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.domainmoney.android

William Charles It is not just depositing $500. You need to invest or trade it, and it is best to do it within 30 days of signup. Here is what is shown in the app once I tap on the one pending referral I have:

Referral Requirements:

$500 Minimum: Referrals must make a qualifying strategy investment or trade of $500 or more within 30 days of creating their account,

60-Day Hold Period: Referrals must keep their investment on the platform for 60 days.

Some are still posting their old and expired referral links from the waitlist promotion. If you are signing up, please use a valid referral link from existing account holders which should start with “domainmoney.app.link”

Carrie Yes, I recently received $150 of BTC for referring someone back in the beginning, and they also received $50 for being referred. Domain paid the $50 on their own, but I had to contact their support team through the app to get the $150 credited to me. Very easy to deal with, the rep was fantastic!

real love Gadget - Bank Bonus Geek – My most recent correspondence with support today. The old program is still valid apparently. The question is how many people from 3 months ago will meet the requirements? Here’s the email from support:

“thanks for reaching out! We’re so glad to hear that you are looking to refer your friends and family.

The Android app is just a few weeks away from being live. The original referral program is still active! Any referrals during our waitlist period will still be valid. We’ll give customers 1 month after Android is available on the Play Store to send referrals and have friends and family sign up.

The first referral program is $150 to the person referring and $50 to the referral. The minimum needed to invest is $1000 in crypto. https://help.domainmoney.com/en/articles/5902536-waitlist-referral-bonus-program
The new referral program is for $50 (plus a chance to earn up to $15,000). The minimum need to invest is $500. https://help.domainmoney.com/en/articles/6060808-referral-program-refer-a-friend
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,”

Forgive me if my faith is not restored in there being an Android app. I heard “soon” in January. They have said in past correspondence that it is in Beta though.
