I only see the offer when I’m not logged in. When I made an account it disappeared!
Immediately received email confirmation from Dosh and see the $20 pending in-app. It worked for Renewal as well.
Offer went away briefly but it’s back now, just in time for my renewal (paid online). Immediately received email confirmation from Dosh and see the $20 pending in-app.
For reference, I used the same $20 back offer on the same Dosh account for a renewal in October 2021.

Signed up today and cant find this Costco offer. I am based out of Lincoln, NE and allowed my location after not finding it at first.

Signed up using Chuck’s code and linkced card on Sep 1 (got the $1 immediately).
Found Costco offer, and used the shop link in Dosh to pay for Executive Membership renewal. $20 immediately went into pending after payment went through.
No permissions (including location) given to the app.
After redeeming the offer, I was no longer able to find the Costco offer in “search”

It’s still not showing up on my end, punched “Costco” in the search box, still says “No offers found.” Could someone explain where to find this in Dosh like I’m five? Or those of you who have it, what state are you in, because I’m wondering if it’s YMMV by geography. Thanks.
Maybe it’s location dependent. I still see it by punching it into the search bar.
I had it at one time, long time ago, that triggered on a renewal. Never saw it again. Is it possible that you could have used it once before?
Just joined Dosh, so I haven’t used it before. Maybe Costco isn’t lacking members in my neck of the woods? Maybe I should turn off all location permissions and try it that way?
