Dunkin Donuts DD Perks program lets members earn 5 points per $1 spent on all purchases. Previously you needed to use a Dunkin Donuts gift card linked to your account to earn rewards, but Dunkin Donuts is doing a 1,000 store pilot program where you can earn rewards when paying with cash, debit or a credit card as well. You either scan your loyalty id QR code or use a new physical loyalty card to scan. This is a relatively minor change but will mean it’s possible to earn points when taking advantage of things such as Square cash or American Express offers.
