Enzo is closing down their bank/deposit accounts. They are recommending people try Styl or Zurp instead.
We appreciate the trust and support you have given Enzo and the opportunity to be a part of your financial strategy over the past few years. However, Enzo will be terminating its Deposit Account Program on 4/22/23.
We’ve finalized our partnership with another fintech, Zurp, who has agreed to offer legacy Enzo customers nearly all the same features you’ve enjoyed with Enzo. Zurp has even offered a promotional 5% APY for former Enzo customers for the first three months, then dropping to what is our current rate, 4.27% APY. Zurp is backed by folks like Scott Belsky, Gary Vaynerchuk, Baron Davis, and many others. Don’t forget to re-link your direct deposit when you switch over!
A different version email says this:
As a result, Enzo has been searching for a viable alternative for our clients interested in a high yield account. We have made the decision to refer clients to Styl Bank, a Division of New Horizon Bank.Â
Styl Bank, a Division of New Horizon Bank is pleased to offer you a high-yield savings account with a 4.27% APY on any balance. This will ensure you can continue to enjoy high-yield savings and great service. Please follow the link here to complete the account transfer process: Stylbank.com  The process will take less than 2 minutes.
If you are not switching to Styl Bank, we request that you promptly transfer out any remaining funds in your accounts and adjust any recurring payments you have scheduled into or out of your accounts to alternative bank accounts.
Didn’t receive my 1099. Anyway to reach out to them to get one?
They didnt send me 1099 last yea even though it was more than $10 interest. I just calculated manually, I hope they send it this year
Anybody get a 2023 1099? I haven’t gotten one yet. I assume it should be from Blue Ridge.
Just got mine a couple of days ago
Came here to give some negative info about Zurp:
I opened their account since why not, 5% interest for 3 months. Zurp had issues verifying I was an Enzo member for some reason and it took a lot of time to open my account. Finally done, I moved all my autopays to them and linked bank accounts. Big mistake. After hours and hours on the phone this week with all of my banks that had issues linking, I learned from a (the?) Zurp rep that they only learned today there is an internal $25k deposit limit per 30 rolling days. So now most of my accounts are locked as the transfers to Zurp failed, and some of those banks are closing my accounts as a result of the failed payments. It’s a giant mess, and I’m mad as hell at Zurp. I’ll be using them purely for 5% interest on whatever money I can get in there for 3 months and then I will bail them entirely. They have no idea what they’re doing and will fail as a bank and an app, as we all knew already.
I got a check in the mail is it real too cash it
I got one too and don’t know what the heck this is
Well, now I got a bit of a problem. Forgot to download my statements since only opened account in January, Anyone else in the same boat?
Me too. Tried email support but email bounced.
Their site and app completely vanished into the air. Is there a way to contact them ?
Received my remaining account balance from Blue Ridge Bank via check in the mail today
I got my check today
I had a significant balance in April but before April 22. By April 22 I had zeroed out my balance. However, I still got a check for $5.62 in the mail. I’m guessing this was interest for April.
I had money in there. How do I get my money?!
They probably will mail funds via check…. But…. in rare case you may need to file a CFPB complaint or something to get it back.
Seems like it’s fully down now. App has a service error message before even trying to login.
Anyone else still able to login and see their account just fine? Makes me a little paranoid for some reason….
Same; don’t know how to get the account closed
Accounts will be closed end of 4/30/23 per Jeremy.
If there are any remaining funds, I’m assuming they are mailed?
