Our Verdict
Lots of eBay/Paypal love this past month for cardholders. This offer is likely the final one in a string of offers for eBay/Paypal cardholders.
I chose the 2,200 points offer which is worth a little more than the $15. For those who max out on the 50,000-point annual limit, they may prefer the $15 credit so as not to eat into their allotment.
