Use your Gap Visa credit card with Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Android Pay outside of the Gap brands and earn bonus rewards:
- Earn a $10 reward when you add the card and make your first purchase (any amount)
- Earn 100 points per mobile wallet purchase, max 3,000 bonus points ($30 in credit)
The Fine Print
- Valid September 1 – 30
- If you load your Gap Inc. Visa Card onto your Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, or Android Pay mobile wallet and make a mobile wallet purchase outside our brands between September 1, 2017 and September 30, 2017, 1,000 bonus Reward Points ($10 Reward) will be applied to your account.
- You will also receive 100 bonus Reward Points per mobile wallet purchase made outside our brands with your Gap Inc. Visa Card between September 1, 2017 and September 30, 2017.
- Maximum of 3,000 bonus Reward Points can be earned.
- Account must remain open, in good standing, and not become delinquent.
- Please allow up to two billing cycles for bonus points to post to your account.
(Fine print sounds like it’ll only work outside the Gap brands with the Gap Visa card. Promotion picture indicates that the 100 points offer will also work with Gap store card for purchases within Gap brands.)
Our Verdict
My impression is that this offer is public for all Gap cardholders, but be sure to double check that. Some people got an email about this and it’s also showing in the login under the Offers tab.
Typically, it’s the Banana card that gets the good spend offers, luckily this offer seems to be showing for all the Gap brand credit cards including Gap Visa, Banana Republic Visa, etc.
