You add the coupon on the H‑E‑B App then you buy a $100 gift card for the retailer (e.g. Home Depot) and also add a $15 gift card to H‑E‑B on the same transaction. When the app barcode with the coupons is scanned by the cashier the register will give you a $15 discount so you get both gift cards for $100. In person only.
